Abstract
The implementation of community service activities in the Andalan Lembanna Tourism Village aims to improve the skills and knowledge of the local community in the management of homestays, the maintenance of tourist destinations, and the development of regional economic potential. This activity involves careful preparation, field observation, and implementation, which includes lectures, discussions, and direct practice in homestays. The training materials included homestay management, guest services, cleaning practices, waste management, and digital homestay marketing. The evaluation of the training process indicated that the training materials were considered relevant, the training methods were effective, and participant participation was satisfactory. Consequently, the activity was deemed a success and is anticipated to facilitate the advancement
